Marine Medical Exams

Dr. James Baergen is certified by Transport Canada to complete Marine Medical Examinations. Upon successful completion of your exam, you will be given a copy of your medical exam, and we will submit the form to Transport Canada on your behalf. These exams are not covered by provincial healthcare, therefore you will be required to pay for this type of examination. You will need to have your CDN Number in order for the examination forms to be submitted to Transport Canada. Please ensure you have this number available on the day of your appointment. You can find information on obtaining your CDN Number here.
